Similar to vegetables, most medical experts agree that fruits do not cause gout flare ups. To my knowledge, I haven’t come across any fruits with high purine levels. However, the main issue that you could find in fruits is high fructose which can be a contributing factor to a gout attack. There are plenty of gout-friendly fruits, so no need to risk a gout flare up.
For me personally, I eat any fruit I want. I don’t recall getting any flare ups from fruit.
